In 1873 Hudsonville was founded.  Named after a settler, Homer E. Hudson, Hudsonville has developed into a town known for excellent schools, expanding neighborhoods, business expansion and a vast amount of agricultural produce. Hudsonville is the home of Ray Bentley: retired pro football player, college football TV analyst and former talk show host.

This story is about a resident of Hudsonville who never gave up. Beth states “After 22 years of thoracic back pain, I finally got the correct assessment of my problem when I met Jeff Carter. When Jeff said we could fix this I was thrilled. Jeff worked on my stiff neck, back and provided me with a home program to work on my core strength which also included my pelvic floor muscles. I am so grateful to Jeff and to God for bringing Jeff into my life.”

Beth never gave up and refused to rely on medications to just cover up her pain. God created us to move and to be active. Injury causes many to live in a “tiny box” that is suffocating their life. This native of Hudsonville pressed on to find the solution to her problem and worked hard to recover. Ray Bentley set the NFL combine flat bench press record with 52 reps of 225 pounds and Beth’s achievement is in the Apogee Record Book!
